Jamie Lynn will be doing a review of Bodog Poker later in the week. For the record, we think they have a killer brand and their models (the bodog girls) are the hottest in the industry.
From chatting with Jamie (cos we share the same office ‘n’ all), he seems to really be a big fan of Bodog in general. Over the last 5 years they grew in waves to become a giant in the industry. He was invited to one of their infamous parties back in 2004 and said it was pure sex and rock ‘n’ roll - perfect for our site.
Bodog Fight
He should probably be telling you all of this himself, and no doubt will in his review. But from my perspective, the sheer magnitude of main stream exposure they gained from their genius foray into the MMA market with Bodog Fight is reason enough to believe in them. After all, we’re here to support the cool kids in the poker crowd - not the nerds and upstarts.
Incidentally, new filming of Bodog Fight seems to have come to an end now, but it is still being shown on some Canadian networks.
One of the balsy things that Bodog Fight did was to feature a lot of female fighters, again perfect for this site. Hopefully we’ll gain access to some footage to feature later on.
