As you’ll recall from a previous post, Shannon Elizabeth is a successful poker player as well as a talented actress, philanthropist, and competitor. I feel extremely fortunate to have recently come across the blog at her website, shannonelizabeth.com, where I can get frequent update on her many diversified interests.
Shannon Elizabeth has a lot to smile about
After promoting the new album for fellow Dancing With The Stars contestants in the Ballas Hough Band, Shannon Elizabeth made sure to fill her fans in a new discovery:

Hollywood doctors are making recommendations now? Oh please, Shannon. Do go on.
Our body naturally makes something called HGH, or human growth hormone. . . You’ve probably heard about athletes in the past who would inject. . . HGH to perform better in their sport. Because that’s illegal in the US they can’t do that now. But-there’s now a cream called Trans-D Tropin that basically increases your body’s ability to make it’s own HGH!
Shannon is obviously way too excited about her new discovery to realize that she recommended that her doctor turned her on to some kind of treatment that may or may not be illegal. Instead of doing any research on the cream, I think it’s more prudent to hear what Shannon is referring to as, “Doctor Van Naustram’s Wonder Salve.”
After using it for a very short period of time you can see changes in your body, or the way you feel.
My interest is peaked.
For me, it’s increased my stamina (and anyone who watched me dance knows my stamina was horrible!). So now when I work out I feel like I can go a lot longer than I used to go without getting exhausted.
More than just my interest has peaked.

Despite the catty tone in previous lines, I went ahead and made an order for Dr. V’s Wonder Salve. Ignoring the application instructions as they appear on the packaging, I followed my first instinct about where I should be putting a Human Growth Hormone cream. I’m happy and proud to tell the reader and especially Shannon the results: It’s bigger.
