Well after our 2 hour live blog update of the Celebrity Apprentice, I’m happy to say that Annie Duke is still representing the poker world in reality TV.
One of her biggest adversaries, Melissa Rivers, was sent packing among a torrent of expletives. It was pretty funny watching her lose her shit - while also losing her shoe. She was hobbling around with one boot and one high heel, bitching and swearing. Her mother, Joan Rivers, continued her attack on Annie Duke, and also Brande Roderick this time.
The best lines that came out of Melissa’s mouth:
- to Annie and Brande: “F**king whore pit vipers”
- to her mother about Annie and Brande as the elevator doors close: “Lying f**king whores”
From Joan Rivers:
- “You’ve now got a natzi and a follower - I wish you too a lot of luck”
- “you are a piece of shit (Annie) and you are a stupid blonde (Brande)”
- “I’ve met your people in Vegas for 40 years and none of them have last names - you are a poker player - you are a POKER player, that’s beyond white trash - poker players are trash”
Ahh, celebrities, you have to love ‘em.
